Mr. Kathrein is  a partner in the class action law firm of Hagens Berman Sobel & Shapiro LLP for whom he opened their San Francisco office in March 2007. Previously he was a partner in Lerach Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP. He opened the San Francisco office of the predecessor firm, Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach LLP, in 1994.
